She will make detailed recommendations here and while this may feel demanding and sometimes challenging they were all suggestions that really worked. Debs is also meticulous with the marketing aspect of the process and again through her experience and expertise she ensures maximum impact and penetration of the property in the market.
Debs communicates extremely well during the active marketing and open home stages. She works really hard to follow up with prospective buyers and maintain engagement with them as well as feeding back to us as the vendors. You do feel that your sale is her sole focus and she leaves no stone unturned to facilitate the process.
She deals with potential issues relating to the sale, potential buyers, or property in a calm, highly efficient, and professional manner. Indeed she predicts many of these potential issues and has them solved before they even become a factor in the sales process.
Lastly, in addition to the expertise, Debs is just an incredibly nice person. She understands the
emotional aspects of selling a family home and the stressors of any sales process. She is a wonderful person to have to guide you through the journey. We have sold with Debs but also, shortly before this, purchased with Debs as the agent. We have seen her work from both sides and would have no hesitation in using her again and highly recommending her to any prospective sellers.
