Why I joined New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty
In January 2017 I moved over to New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty, after rounding off a 14 year career in residential real estate with another respected real estate agency in Wellington. I decided to move because I liked the culture I found at New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty, but most importantly I loved the international exposure they are able to achieve for each of my clients with their listings. This new audience seemed exciting - and teeming with possibilities to make great sales for my clients.
The company's footprint in New Zealand covers 16 offices nationwide. The foundation of the business is great people, and so the integrity, honesty, determination and ability of its real estate agents is central to the business' success. I was drawn to this dedication to professionalism and enthusiasm for realty when I decided to say yes to moving across to New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty's website in Wellington in 2017.
While I will still specialise in selling homes in the Northern Wellington region, this time you'll see me under a slightly different brand. Take a quick look at the New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty however and I'm sure you'll see what I see in them - a great realty company ready to sell your next Wellington home. As always, we'll be focusing on good preparation, good presentation, good promotion, and a good sale to get your next listing the price it deserves.
All the best,
Debs.
